2.9 The Holy Spirit is our Teacher

Can you think your favorite teacher who has impacted your life as a student? One who was patient in teaching you and helping you fulfill your potential? It is a blessing to have good teachers.

Today, we have a wonderful teacher with us – the best teacher in the world. Jesus said that He would send the Holy Spirit to be our teacher – to teach us all things.

(John 14:26, NKJV)
“These things I have spoken to you while being present with you. But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will TEACH YOU ALL THINGS, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.

While our school teachers have human limitations, the Holy Spirit is omniscient. He knows everything, and best of all, He knows us. He is always with us to teach us and to help us. He teaches us in our hearts, in the midst of difficult situations, and shows us the answers.

He also teaches us when we read the Bible. He helps us to understand what Jesus has done for us. He teaches us to walk closely with God is a living relationship.

When we experience Him as our Teacher, we will never feel inadequate again. We will have the answers in the midst of difficult situations. We will grow in our faith. Kathryn Kuhlman depended on the Holy Spirit in her successful ministry. She is conscious of the Person whom she calls, “The greatest Teacher in the world.”
