6.35 We bear fruit & do great things in Christ

Today, we shall end this series on “who we are in Christ, “what we have in Christ” and “what we can accomplish in Christ”. This is the truth that summarizes our Christian faith - we are in Christ and Christ is in us. I hope it has blessed you as much as it has blessed me. This is not theory – it is real. Let me share my experience.

It has been a tremendous one month for me. Meditating on all these truths has made a difference for me in my daily life. My faith has grown stronger. I have been more sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit. I have found new strength from within to face the mountains in my way.

In the daily affairs of life, I have been experiencing the mind of Christ when faced with complex situations. In fact, the Holy Spirit prepares me even before the problem arises. Life becomes a flow in Christ and an exciting adventure. Emotionally, I have been established securely in His love, joy and peace.

In the physical, have also been enjoying divine health. I have not seen a doctor for a long time. In the past, I could hardly eat curry (though I love to) because I would get a sore-throat. For the last one month, I have been eating spicy food more than ever – without the sore throat. I didn’t even realize it until I shared it with my wife. I have even lost some extra kilos which I desired to shed since my last medical checkup a year ago.

The work of ministry has blessed more people and I have experienced blessings even in the natural. I have experienced so many of His miracles in this one month. My wife also shared that she experienced an acceleration of spiritual growth through meditating on these truths.

What is the explanation for this? When we are conscious of who we are in Christ, our faith grows and we start abiding in Him through faith. When we abide in Him, we are connected to His life, and we experience the reality of Him in us.

When He becomes real in us through His Spirit, we experience inner-transformation. We begin to bear fruit on the inside. When we bear fruit on the inside, we also end up accomplishing more on the outside. This is summarized in this one verse.

(John 15:5)
I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, BEARS MUCH FRUIT; for without Me you can DO NOTHING.

This is the key to success in every aspect of our lives. This is the key to experiencing the reality of God in your daily life. We encourage you to print out all the verses that you have learnt in this series and paste them on your wall. Meditate on them daily and see your miracle appear before you. Embrace your new identity in Christ and see your life unfolding beautifully in Him.
